  • How to solve the problem with the inability?

  • I have a request for a kidney/bladder sonography. Can I make an appointment for an examination?
    Sonography of the kidneys/bladder is part of the urological examination. If the request form is intended for a urological examination, you can, if interested, order. If the request is for a sonographic examination, look for a specialist (sonography, X-ray) in your place of residence.
  • Can I change my attending physician?
    Yes, it is possible. Arrange a change during an examination with your current doctor. Your new doctor must also agree to be taken into care.
  • Jak mohu svému ošetřujícímu lékaři zaslat lékařskou zprávu/výsledek vyšetření?
    Dokument zašlete formulářem, zvolte "zasílám lékařskou zprávu/výsledek vyšetření". Do 1 pracovního dne založíme dokument do Vaší zdravotnické dokumentace.
  • Can I undergo an examination (CT, MR, scintigraphy...) at a different workplace than the one you recommended?
    Yes, it is possible. To control make an appointment with a doctor no earlier than 10 days after the examination date in order to receive the result of your examination.
  • How to request an extract from the documentation, examination report or confirmation for the employer?
    Excerpt from documentation/examination report/confirmation for employer request • formular - at any time (choose "extract from health documentation"), • by phone - 605 987 650 (Mon-Fri 7-15), • in person - during office hours (Mon-Wed 7-12 and 1-6 p.m., Thu-Fri 7-12). We do not send statements/reports/confirmation by e-mail/postal mail, we issue them at the reception during office hours exclusively in person to the patient. IMPORTANT: Make sure that you have a report in printed form from each doctor's examination.
  • How can I complain?
    We accept complaints • online form - at any time (select "complaint"), • written form - filled in at the reception during office hours (Mon-Wed 7-12 and 1-6pm, Thu-Fri 7-12), • by regular mail - to the company address.
  • Jak se objednat na vyšetření?

  • I am a disabled/inpatient. Do you provide transportation to the examination? Do you issue an ambulance voucher?
    Transportation and reimbursement of travel costs according to Act 48/1997 Coll. § 36 is covered by the health insurance company in the amount corresponding to the distance to the nearest contracted provider who is able to provide the required covered service. PRACTICALLY: If our workplace is the distance from the patient's residence to the nearest urology clinic for his necessary examinations, we issue a voucher for an ambulance from the patient's residence to us and back. In other cases, the patient arranges the transport himself. We do not have a dedicated ambulance parking space.
  • I am scheduled for an examination, but I want to solve the problem together with my partner. Can he be examined with me?
    No. A separate time for examination is reserved for each patient. The partner must order for a separate examination.
  • Nebyl jsem u vás nikdy vyšetřen, na vyšetření jezdím sanitou. Vystavíte mi na vstupní vyšetření poukaz na sanitku?
    O poukaz na sanitku na první vyšetření požádejte svého praktického lékaře. Pokud bude naše pracoviště od bydliště pacienta vzdáleností nejbližší urologie pro jeho nutná vyšetření, budeme Vám na další vyšetření vystavovat poukaz na sanitku z místa bydliště pacienta k nám a nazpět. V ostatních případech si pacient zajišťuje dopravu sám. Nemáme vyhrazené místo pro parkování sanitky.

  • How to prepare for performance or laboratory sampling?

  • I didn't have time to undergo laboratory tests before the planned check-up. What to do?
    You will reorder the examination for a date no earlier than 7 days after the laboratory samples have been taken. RE-ORDER is possible • by phone - 605 987 650 (Mon-Fri 7-15), • in person - during office hours (Mon-Wed 7-12 and 1-6 p.m., Thu-Fri 7-12).
  • I lost my request form. What to do? I have a request form from a previous inspection a year ago, will it be valid for me at the laboratory?
    Pick up a duplicate request form for laboratory samples in person at the urology reception during office hours (Mon-Wed 7-12 and 1-6 p.m., Thu-Fri 7-12). You can also authorize another person. We do not send applications by e-mail. The application is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We prefer collection points laboratories Aeskulab.
  • I am taking antibiotics from another doctor. When can I go for laboratory tests?
    Do laboratory sampling at least 7 days after taking the last antibiotic tablet. Preparation for laboratory sampling is indicated on the printed request you received at the reception, additional information are here.
  • Mám nárok na poukaz na zdravotní pomůcku. Mohu o něj požádat, pokud jsem hospitalizovaný?
    Ne. Při hospitalizaci v nemocnici/léčebně/lázních nebo v jiném zdravotnickém zařízení nelze současně vykázat péči, která je poskytována v režimu ambulantní péče. Ambulantní lékař pacientovi v době jeho hospitalizace nesmí poukaz předepsat, a pokud by se tak stalo, informační systém pojišťovny nedovolí předepsaný poukaz zaplatit z veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Úhrada poukazu je na tom lékaři, který ho vystavil. Více informací zde.​

  • Ruším on-line objednaný termín vstupního vyšetření. Jak si mám požádat o vrácení jednorázového poplatku?
    Žádost o vrácení jednorázového poplatku zašlete na e-mail fakturace@urologie-vrsovice.cz. Stručně uveďte důvody pro vrácení platby. Platbu vrátíme přes platební bránu do 10 dnů na účet, ze kterého byla zaslána. O transakci budete informován/a e-mailem.
